About the role
We are looking for a versatile Marketing Associate who can operate across design, content, and digital distribution. This is a hands-on role for someone equally comfortable designing a social post in Figma, building a content calendar, improving SEO performance, and supporting events that generate a qualified pipeline. You will act as a force multiplier for the founding and growth team, owning execution across multiple marketing channels.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design high-quality social media creatives using Figma aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage and execute the content calendar across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Schedule, publish, and optimize posts based on performance insights.
- Work closely with strategy teams to translate ideas into high-performing content formats.
- Assist in SEO-driven content creation for blogs, landing pages, and website updates.
- Support keyword research and basic on-page SEO implementation.
- Support creation of pitch decks, one-pagers, and marketing collateral.
- Assist in campaign execution for GTM initiatives.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite (designing social media creatives is essential).
- Understanding of social media marketing and content strategy, along with strong writing and content structuring ability.
- Execution mindset with strong ownership and speed.
- Ability to execute on end-to-end marketing tactics without needing total assistance of AI tools.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in B2B marketing, real estate, SaaS, or consulting environments.
- Basic analytics exposure (LinkedIn insights, GA4, etc.)
- Experience in event marketing or UI/UX flows.
- Understanding of GCC / corporate / enterprise audiences.
