About the role

As a Senior Manager / AVP in Commercial Real Estate (CRE), you will play a key role in assessing client requirements, leading client interactions, nurturing teams, and driving business goals. You will ensure high-quality client service delivery and maintain strategic alignment with client objectives throughout engagements.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assess client requirements, initiate and maintain client interaction, and participate in proposal discussions.
  • Nurture and lead the team to achieve business goals.
  • Prepare information memorandums, financial analysis, and market intelligence.
  • Ensure optimum client service delivery and engagement through calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow-ups, and accurate, timely submission of company proposals.
  • Oversee governance during the execution phase for customers.
  • Understand and clearly outline client objectives and requirements.
  • Strategize work for quality and timely delivery.
  • Align client objectives with business leads for smooth coordination and timely submission.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Graduate with 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and financial skills with the ability to adapt to change.
  • Agile and flexible approach to responsibilities.
  • Startup mindset with a proactive attitude.
  • Self-starter, confident, collaborative, with the ability to multitask and work in a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to deliver under challenging scenarios.
